An unused Reliefband in original packaging with all original contents and which is presentable for resale, may be returned for a refund (less shipping) within 5 days of receipt. This time frame is necessary as it deters some consumers from simply purchasing it for a one-time event and then returning "used" merchandise for a full refund. We do not sell "used" or "borrowed" merchandise -- a policy appreciated by our customers.
